Every order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible. In-stock items generally ship within 1-2 business days and occasionally up to 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping speed selected at checkout.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order or would like to return it for any reason, you may do so by emailing orders@kelseynixon.com within 15 days of receiving your shipment. If you have not contacted Recipe Club or initiated a return within 15 days of receiving your shipment, we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Recipe Club will cover the cost of return shipping on your first return or exchange from a U.S. address (excluding APO/FPO addresses). You will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
